How we can help you

We are committed to supporting the recovery of anyone who has experienced rape, exploitation, sexual or domestic abuse, no matter their gender, age or circumstances.

In this section of our site you can find out more about our services and get the help you need to recover from abuse and improve wellbeing. We offer a tiered service provision based on your level of risk and a needs-led assessment. All survivors are free to enter our services at different stages, leave and return at a later stage when they feel ready to do so.

We recognise that due to the nature of abuse, many clients have experienced trauma. Symptoms of trauma can include depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and more. Our services are specifically designed to help you recover from this trauma. We also provide practical help and support with housing, finances, work, education and health.

If you would like to access any of our services, the first step is to get in touch with us.
